SHIPPING TO EGYPT

We use our trusted shipping partner, Shippaholic, to ensure your order is delivered directly to your doorstep in Egypt without any additional duties or customs fees. To place an order, please follow the steps below:

2. Once you've placed your order, email us your Egyptian address and phone number.
3. Our shipping partner will handle the shipment and deliver it straight to your door in Egypt.

Your order will be shipped within 7 business days. The delivery fee covers all customs and duties, so there will be no extra charges. This applies even if your order qualifies for free delivery. 

SHIPPING COSTS

The exact cost of shipping for our orders is calculated at checkout and varies depending on customer location. Shipping is calculated by our courier on a case by case basis to offer the best price and service available, and therefore may vary, and will look a little different.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

When you place an order with Seaciety, please be aware that your package may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are not collected by Seaciety and we are unable to predict what they may be. If you incur any customs fees, duties, or taxes, Seaciety is not responsible for them. To avoid any complications, please check with your local customs office for any rules that may apply to your order before placing it.

In the event that your shipment is not received and held at customs, it will be returned to our warehouse and we will refund you the amount paid after deducting the original shipping cost and a return shipping fee.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS/EXCHANGES?

Yes, we do! We offer returns and exchanges only on items delivered within the UAE within 7 days. Just make sure the product has all its original tags and packaging. Unfortunately, international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will proceed with the refund after deducting the shipping fees, the transfer may take 7-14 days.
